100% ALL-NATURAL SOAP

All soap starts out as a basic mixture of oils and lye solution which results in a chemical reaction called saponification. This reaction chemically transforms both substances into soap and natural glycerin. The big difference in Mama Watta Organics soap is what happens from here.

NATURAL GLYCERIN

In our handmade soap, the glycerin is retained in the bar and combined with natural coconut and olive oils to nourish your skin.

FREE OF HARSH CHEMICALS & PRESERVATIVES

Cold process soap eliminates the need to add harsh chemicals or preservatives. The result? A safe, all-natural product that leaves your skin as smooth as silk and gives you peace of mind.

COMMERCIAL SOAPS

NO GLYCERIN

Driven by profits, commercial soap producers remove the valuable vegetable glycerin and sell it at a higher markup in other products.

HARSH CHEMICALS ADDED

To create a rich lather and compensate for the removal of the glycerin, harsh chemicals are added such as paraben preservatives that have been linked to cancer and Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (SLS) which is a harsh synthetic detergent and foaming agent that corrodes in order to clean.
